HAUSIE is founder Vivian Peng-Williams’ venture in sharing high quality, design-led brands to the world. Thus, HAUSIE is a brand development agency, servicing both emerging and established designers.
HAUSIE connects designers to distribution channels. In particular, bringing foreign brands into the Chinese market. We offer bespoke strategies, optimise Chinese consumer awareness, and facilitate product development, as well as sourcing, to our brands.
Averaging with over a decade of sales experience in primarily the greater China market, HAUSIE’s close team hold lasting buyer-relationships to achieve result-focused sales goals. Experienced in covering fully assigned territory to develop new accounts, our agents ensure increased sales revenue, annually.

Founder & CEO
Vivian founded Hausie with the aim to bridge the gap between bespoke independent designers and the rest of the world. Having been immersed in her family business of manufacturing and import-export in interior design growing up, she brings forward the passion toward quintessential styles with Hausie. Prior to founding Hausie, Vivian was a Vice President at Barclays Capital. She has circa 8 years of experience in the finance industry, predominately in equity research. She received a BBA from University of Michigan – Stephen M. Ross School of Business. She is also a graduate of the Founder Institute Incubator program.
Marketing Director - China
Sufi is the Greater China Marketing Director at Hausie. She is primarily in charge of building buyer relationships and securing orders for designers in the Greater China territory. Mainly in charge of Chinese tradeshows and buyer meeting events. Previously Sufi worked in the marketing department of Marc Jacobs. She graduated from the Scotland Edinburgh Napier University with a degree in Communication Advertising and Public Relations, with distinction. Sufi holds a Higher Diploma in Fashion Business Management at Hong Kong Design Institute.
Sonia oversees HAUSIE’s creative branding. From PR, Graphics, Marketing campaigns, Social Media, and as the Editor at the in-house magazine, HausMag. Previously an editor at a startup e-commerce company, Sonia has experience in editorial exclusives, proof reading, and brand merchandising. British born, Sonia graduated from Manchester School of Art with bachelors in Fashion Design and was shortlisted in a competition with Burberry. She uses her accumulated knowledge of arts and design, and honed sense of aesthetic to inform her work.
Brand Management - International
Caterina currently manages fashion brands at Hausie, covering the international market. Having the luck of studying and living between Europe and Asia she had the possibility to enter in touch with a lot of different people, cultures and business approaches. Previously, she ran her own communication agency, Magazine International Shanghai. Prior to that she worked at AGR, Ducati, Shanghai Daily, and PRS Media Group. She graduated from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore with a degree in Marketing and Management.
Brand Management - China
With a degree in Art and Design, Kimi predominately oversees Hausie's brand development and marketing efforts in mainland China. Having had approximately 12 years of experience in fashion management, he currently resides in the fashion capital of China — Shanghai. With an in-dept knowledge of distribution network and channels in mainland China, he currently heads up the Shanghai-based brand development team.
Elim Zeng is currently the Operations Manager at Hausie. She graduated from Newcastle Business School, Northumbria University in the UK with a degree in Accounting and Finance. Previously, she worked in varies sectors including retail as an Operations Assistant at PDSA, philanthropy as a Finance Assistant at Oxfam, as well as commerce & trade as an Account Manager at A&A Trading Co.
